Set on a tranquil 110 acres, with views of Lake Eliza, Unwind@the park is a small farm located approx 10kms from the town centre of Robe.
Offering guests, a modern fully furnished 2 storey unit with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 11. A self-contained studio sleepout for 2 and 2 powered camp sites.
The new constructed shed, housing the unit, also provides a large rumpus/games room with plenty of extra space for entertaining, keeping the kids busy or can be used for functions.

Downstairs
Newly built modern unit with living and kitchen downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. An undercover spacious deck off the main living offers guests a heatlite BBQ and plenty of seating for outdoor entertaining.
The main downstairs area has a fully equipped kitchen with double fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and all kitchen appliances.
The living area has an 8-seater dining table and 2 comfortable leather lounges. The downstairs living has a split system Airconditoner, fan and wall mounted TV with glass sliding doors to deck area and inside rumpus room.
The spacious clean main bathroom with laundry facility is located downstairs. The laundry provides washing machine, dryer and laundry tub. The toilet is separate.

The Studio Sleepout

This large room leads off the main sliding doors from the loungeroom as well as roller doors to open up to the great outdoors with large lawn area and fire pit. This is where the fun happens...

Caravan/Camping
There are 2 caravan sites available at the property with out door timber bench seating. An outside bathroom and toilet are also offered for use with the sites but can be used by all guests if large groups staying. Camping can be considered on request.
The Outdoors
Beautiful tranquil property overlooking Lake Eliza and bordering on Little Dip National Park. The outside area is well maintained with plenty of grass and an outdoor fire pit to sit back and enjoy the surrounds and the stars. The hen house offers guest the option to collect fresh eggs for breaky.
