Footsteps away from the golden sands of Warilla Beach, our 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect place for a couple to enjoy an unforgettable surf or beachfront holiday.
In front of the property and overlooking the ocean there is a large grass area perfect for kicking a football, beachside yoga or for those wanting a relaxing or romantic stay - a picnic (picnic basket provided).
There is also a footpath perfect for those who enjoy a beachside walk, run or bike ride.
The space
Your holiday will be based in a lower level beachfront apartment directly in front of one of Shellharbour’s most popular surf beaches and within a short walking distance or drive to many more.
Tastefully decorated, this space is dedicated to you and allows you to enjoy the beauty that Warilla beach has to offer including regular dolphin and whale sightings at your doorstep.
Approx 50-100 metres from the property you will find a shower, public bbq's and during the summertime a patrolled section of beach.
The apartment:
- Your queen bed is situated in a bedroom seperate to the lounge area where you can watch the sun rise over the ocean, or relax with a cozy book.
- In the lounge room you can watch Netflix on the smart TV or enjoy one of the board games provided. The ottoman can be pulled out to form an extra bed suitable for a child.
- A kitchenette is provided with all the basics you need including a fridge, microwave, jug, toaster and nespresso machine. However, we strongly recommend you enjoy one of the lovely cafe's or the pub & bistro, all within walking distance.
- The large balcony is dedicated to you and is a great place to lay back and relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets over the mountain. The balcony railings are also a great place to rest your surfboards, wetsuits and towels :-).

Other things to note
*Shellharbour City Council are performing rejuvenation works on the break wall along Warilla Beach from Nov 2022 - Dec 2023. Such works will be seen from the property and are beyond our control. Whilst the beach remains accessible, views are impacted and our prices have been adjusted accordingly.
