The best way to get around Mossy Point and Broulee is on foot, the walk to the beach is beautiful
There is parking for approximately 3 cars (depending on size) is available in the driveway. Parking is also available on the street
The garage is not available for parking, it is for Ping Pong, Surfboards and hanging out.
Other things to note....
We welcome well trained pets to the house, please ensure you pick up after your best mate and don't leave them barking at possums till late at night in the backyard.
This is a quiet residential area with permanent neighbors, the house is not suitable for parties. Any noise must stop by 9pm, noise complaints by the neighbors may result in eviction without refund.
