Summary: Ms. Katherine was excellent. She was kind with a gentle demeanor. I arrived early and she was able to get me a room within 20 minutes. The room was clean, but it was worst in condition expected. The room was very dated with old, cratched up furniture, stained carpet, insufficient power outlets. There was nowhere near the bed to charge devices. No phone, no bathroom amenities. The AC unit was old with just one switch near the bed to turn on or off, no temperature adjustment. But it worked fine, wifi also worked great. This place is in desperate need of renovation, which I was told they're in the process of doing. It was the cheapest I could find during the holiday season. Overall I had a descent stay.
