Positive: It’s another drought so it was good to put some support into a struggling farm

Negative: It could be improved very cheaply and quickly eg a shelf in the ‘kitchen’ to improve storage, redecorate the bedroom with a bit of colour, reduce the noise between owner’s living area and rental area.

Summary: Support farmers at this value-for-money accommodation.
