The Space:
Quality linen and towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels and beach gear.

Minimum Stays:
There is a minimum 2-night stay for non peak bookings. During peak season, min stay is 5 nights. During peak season, check in time is 3pm.
There is an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area which opens onto your own private front deck - perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, Dishwasher, Pod Coffee Machine, 900mm upright stove, French door fridge.
Bathrooms: 2 in total: Large main bathroom with bath and shower; Ensuite to main bedroom has shower and double vanity.
Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning in living area + in all bedrooms there are ceiling fans.
Parking: off street.
Outdoor Space: Large deck with Weber Style BBQ and outdoor setting.
Pets: Strictly Not permitted under any circumstances. Please do not call or email to ask if pets can stay.
Smoking: strictly outside only. Additional cleaning and deodorisation will be charged if there is to suggest smoking was taken place inside.
Ashtray will be provided for outside only.
BEDROOMS
Linen: Beds will be made with high quality sheets, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels are supplied
Master Bedroom: King bed, Spacious Ensuite, Built-in robe.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Built-in robe.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Built in robe.
Guests are required to bring their own amenities for the stay. You are supplied with initial items such as toilet paper, some bin bags however has we are unable to predict how much is used, guests are asked to bring their own.
Please note during this time of Covid, disposables are supplied to ensure the safety of every guest during their stay i.e.: coffee sachets, sugar, sauces, milks etc.
All guests will be able to self check in, you will be provided with instructions on the morning of your arrival.
No wifi is available.... YET
No access to garage and backyard is very basic. Main outdoor area is front balcony. Note for children: property is not fully fenced. There is an excellent playground behind Ashbrook Bungalow.
