Positive: Our stay was very pleasant overall. The apartment was fully functional and well equipped, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, practical, and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a proper home rather than just a place to sleep. The only minor drawback was that the apartment was located underground, which meant limited natural light. However, this did not affect the comfort or functionality of the space. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we would gladly choose it again.

Negative: On the negative side, communication with the property managers was not easy or responsive, which made resolving questions unnecessarily difficult. The most significant issue, however, is that they accept payment only in cash. This automatically means that guests cannot receive an official receipt or use any type of holiday or travel voucher, which is a serious drawback and should be clearly stated in advance.
