Stay amongst the trees, yet only 5 to 10 minutes to beaches, river & shopping plaza. Our fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment, which is underneath our main residence , is nestled in bush land at the foot of beautiful Buderim Mountain. Listen to nature at it's best. There is a local Super IGA directly across the road which includes a bottle shop, fish and chip takeaway, Thai takeaway, Pizzeria, Chemist, Bakery, Gym, Coffee shop, hair dresser. Bus stops are located outside the shopping center on both sides of the road to take you to Caloundra, Noosa Heads, Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore (the bus interchange is located here) or to the Nambour train station and have a day or two exploring Brisbane. Kitchen is stocked with milk, juice, bread, cereal, spreads, sauces & condiments.
Laundry has a washing machine and we supply washing powder, fabric softener, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.
There are two bedrooms:
Main bedroom has a queen bed.
Second bedroom has a double bunk comprising a double bed on the bottom and single bed on top plus another single bed.
In the lounge-room there is a sofa bed for 2 more guests if required.
To make life a little bit easier there is a dishwasher in the kitchen and if you feel like a coffee then we have also supplied a coffee machine with an assortment of coffees as well as plenty of different teas.
There is room for one car to park on site, with plenty of parking out the front.
Attractions include:
Australia Zoo at Beerwah (the Zoo has it's own shuttle bus).
Beaches at Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba are all within 10 minutes drive, or further afield are Noosa Heads, Kawana, Caloundra.
Buderim Forest Walk (located approx 500mts behind our property).
Sunshine Plaza. 5 to 10 minutes drive
Eumundi Markets. approx 30 minutes drive
Montville Markets. approx 30 to 40 minutes drive
Hinterland villages of Maleny, Montville & Mapleton. Come and enjoy our little piece of paradise here on the Sunshine Coast, where it's beautiful one day, perfect the next! $65 per adult per night.
