3 Bedroom House in Aireys Inlet
Nestled amongst the trees and wildlife is our lovely, newly renovated beach house. Cosy & full of character, with a wood burner and open plan living, there’s everything you’ll need for a relaxing break. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, our back garden is full of beautiful bird life, sit on the deck with a glass of wine and watch our friendly lorikeets, king parrots and cockatoos come down. Location wise our place is great, close to the beach and shops, yet quiet and tranquil.
Our home has 3 bedrooms, one queens and the other two rooms have two single beds each, that can be pushed together to make two queens.
All linen and towels are provided and guests are free to help themselves to tea, coffee and everything else the kitchen has to offer, including bird seed to feed our friendly birds.

Guests can access everything the property has to offer, including BBQ and fire wood for the burner.
There is always someone available via phone or messenger
We’re situated just off the Great Ocean Road in a lovely quiet court amongst the bush. There are walking tracks to the lighthouse close by, coffee shops a 5 minute walk, beach a 10 minute walk and the wonderful Aries pub is only a 10 minute walk away too.
Please note, we do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens parties, due to the quiet nature of the neighbourhood.
PLEASE NOTE - WE NO LONGER PROVIDE BIRD SEED OR ENCOURAGE FEEDING THE BIRDS TO PREVENT THE COCKATOOS FROM DAMAGING THE HOUSE.
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
No wet bathers on the sofa's please, there are beach towels provided to protect the sofa's for the little ones if they have wet bathers, thanks!
