Summary: The ocean view was gorgeous. This room was okay, the bathroom was not good. The shower was not a pleasant experience and the area was shared with the toilet. It was rather smelly from its inability to be aired out - no windows and no fan. It was a bit musty smelling. In addition, there is a balcony but not private and no lounge chairs - very uncomfortable after a bit. To access any lounge area, you are expected to pay €70 at another neighboring hotel. This information is not given to you until you check in at the room. The area where the room is located only had very expensive dining options and most of the restaurants seemed quite pretentious. The area is not an easy place to access beaches or much shopping. Also, there are no staff at the property and we had to download all of our personal passport information on email prior to check in - not a warm reception. We won’t be back - this property did not meet our expectations.

Summary: Terrific mattress and bed, may be 100yrs old pillow and mattress.
Building is ok, the lock didn't work properly.

Summary: Very nice hotel with amazing views of the caldera. The rooms are clean and stylish, and communication with the staff was easy and friendly. A peaceful spot, perfect for a relaxing stay in Santorini.

Summary: The hotel is an extremely well situated property!
Large FIRM European beds.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
3 level hotel.
Breathtaking views from second and top floor suites!
Beautiful view 10 steps from lower suites.
2 convenience stores and 4-5 restaurants, tour agencies , rental vehicles within 400 metres.
20 min walk to downtown Fira.
2 1/2 hour hike to historic town of Oia.

Summary: The location is amazing. Finding the property was extremely difficult and there is no parking. Be ready to lug all your luggage through the streets and up many steps. The room was TINY. The check in reception is only on site 9 am to 3:30 pm. So anything you need has to be handled in that time frame. You can text, but we didn’t get a reply until 9am the next day. The view is spectacular. The room was clean.
