EVENTS
- 20 guests (combination of seating and standing, including villa guests)
- Event fees: USD 500 + 7% tax
- Where the number of guests exceeds 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 or USD 2,500 will be collected.
- Where the number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
- Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
- Pre and post-event day events are allowed and can be arranged with a separate fee of 50% of the event fee if this second function is beyond 24 hours from the main event.
- Music and event curfew are until 12 midnight only.
- Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
- Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
- Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
