There are a local golf course, hospital and uni on your doorsteps. You have easy access to all areas of Brisbane via the many new major roads and tunnels that make getting around easy. You have two major sporting grounds within walking distance, you have so many options for food and everyday shopping you are spoiled for choice. The urban village is great hosting a local Kelvin Grove Farmers market which is held every Saturday on the street next to the complex, but there is so much more to the suburb. It is a great little secret that is only 2 suburbs away from the CBD.
