The house is only a 6-minute drive to Mooloolaba, cafes, restaurants and the Kawana shopping village. Located in a quiet suburb, you'll be able to relax and enjoy the pool and waterfront views.
The main living room is set up for stylish relaxation, with a large couch and 75" Smart TV. The adjoining dining room has a large table to seat up to 8 guests with air conditioning throughout.
Here, you'll be cooking with a view! The large kitchen has an unobstructed view out over the pool and canal. Equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain at home. There is a second living area off the kitchen with a 3 seater sofa and bar stools off the kitchen bench.
The best features of this house include the splendid outdoor entertaining space. Entertain on the patio or by the pool. With the outdoor space backing onto the canals, this property provides a stunning place to enjoy your holiday while looking over the water.
The sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 6 adults. If you are travelling with 8 guests, at least 2 must be children as our bunk beds are made for kids.
The fourth bedroom with the bunks also has a study/office desk for those that need to get some work done during your stay. The property has Wifi available and all TVs are connected to the internet so you can stream your favourite shows.

Mountain Creek is a quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes from Mooloolaba Beach. The suburb is conveniently situated close to everything you need for your stay. Shops, restaurants, beaches and cafes are all 10 minutes from the house.

POOL and OUTDOORS
Enjoy the pool and outdoor dining, its a fantastic space. To be considerate to our neighbours pool hours are between 8am and 8pm. If you are using the outdoor area outside 8pm please consider your noise levels. Being on the canals noise travels very easily.
If you are arriving back from the beach please ensure that you removed excess sand from your feet.
Pets:
We love being able to provide this property as pet friendly, however we ask you respect the following rules so we can continue to provide this for future guests
- CLEAN UP after your pet, inside and out. Vacuum any excess fur from inside the house.
- No pets in the bed please. I know some of you are ok with this, however other guests with no pets are not. It can be hard to remove pet smell from the sheets
- Keep pets off the furniture
If any of the above rules are not followed we charge an extra fee of $200
Interesting request, but we also ask that you please keep your high heels (Stilettos) off when you are in the house. They can wreck our floors,
