The area is surrounded by parks and playgrounds and at the end of the street is the main shopping village where you will find Coles and a fabulous cafe/ restaurant culture. This beautiful 1920s Gentleman's Bungalow is so typical to Adelaide architecture. Its full of character inc. high ceilings, lead lighting, tiled fire place( not functional ). This is a maisonette (two houses under one main roof). The main bedroom has a queen and a double bed. The second bedroom has a double with a single bunk over it and a standard single bunk sleeping up to 9 people.

It has an undercover entertaining area with BBQ facilities overlooking the Avenue. Parking is off-street directly in front of the accommodation. If your bringing the kids there is a magnificent newly built playground behind the tennis courts on the avenue and an oval for the kids and your doggies to run or kick a ball.
