An extendable dining table with 6 chairs completes the living and dining area. The master bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (90x190 cm), a wall cupboard, and a private shower with WC, while the children's bedroom also features 2 single beds (90x190 cm) and a wall cupboard. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and WC is available for additional comfort. The apartment further benefits from a lift, a wall cupboard serving as a coat rack, and seamless connectivity through included WiFi, allowing you to stay effortlessly connected throughout your stay. Electricity, heating, water, kitchen and bathroom linen, an initial supply of bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are all included in the rental.

The apartment includes 2 dedicated garage parking spaces, numbered 11 and 12, which are covered by the rental at no additional cost. A shared laundry facility is available within the building, equipped with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers for common use, available at a charge of CHF 1.50 per wash, payable separately. Nespresso coffee capsules are not included and must be purchased independently. Additional bed linen beyond the initial supply can be requested directly from the key holder upon cash payment of CHF 30.00 per person. A refundable deposit of CHF/EUR 300.00 is required and must be paid in cash directly upon arrival to the key holder. All extras and any travel compensation for additional services requested from the key holder must also be settled in cash immediately. Pets are not permitted in this property. Please be aware that during September and October 2026, the facade and roof of the chalet will undergo renovation works. Construction activity may occur each day between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM and between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM, which may result in noise during daytime hours. A special price is available for long-term rental, with rates available on request.
