Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained for any cancellation. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, you have the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive in determining entitlement to the cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays deferred to the next working day. In the event of a premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
